This website is an on-line hotel booking service managed by E-TRAVEL INFORMATION CO., LTD. Please read thoroughly these terms of service and agree to them before using the service.

INTRODUCTION

Please follow common rules and manners on the Internet in using the service.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The registered personal information such as your name and E-mail address, will be used to process your booking, and maybe used to promote our service and campaign.

DISCLAIMER

Regardless of negligence, you will be responsible for all action you take in using our service, and the administrator of your computer device or network environment and our company assume no responsibility for any problems. You will be responsible for settlement of any damages caused to the third party during the use of our service. In case of our incurring damage, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the incurred loss.

CORRESPONDENCE

In principle, correspondence will be made via E-mail. When the mail is sent through our mail server, we consider you to have been notified. We assume no responsibility when you did not receive the mail due to your Internet environment or computer system failure.

BOOKING REQUEST & CONFIRMATION

In Principle, bookings are confirmed when the payment to us has been made. Please note that submitting a reservation form does not guarantee the room. Further information for procedures of booking can be found under "Reservation Steps".

PAYMENT METHODS

The prices shown on this website are in Thai Baht. (There are some exceptions.) Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer (Thai residents only).

CREDIT CARD SETTLEMENT

We accept VISA, MASTER, and JCB cards for your payment. After submitting a reservation form, you will receive a Booking Confirmation E-mail with link URL for E-Payment Service(presented by Ayudhya Bank), and complete the settlement procedure in accordance with procedure.

* Please note that 4 % additional charge is applicable to credit card settlement.

BANK TRANSFER

Payment by bank transfer is available only for Thai residents. Please follow the directions indicated on the booking confirmation E-mail, and transfer the total amount in Thai baht to our account. Please note that bank transfer fee will be borne by you.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT OF BOOKING

Please be forewarned that if you cancel or shorten your reservation for your own convenience, there will be a cancellation charge according to the terms. Cancellation conditions vary from hotel to hotel. Please check the rate table of the hotel or cancel conditions stated on the "Confirmation E-mail".

* If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy and refund the balance to you. (Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.)

* Should the booking be cancelled by the hotel, a full refund of your payment will be made. However, we are not responsible for any other charges such as traveling expenses.

* If your payment is by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.

TROUBLES DURING THE STAY

Should you have any problems with the hotel during your stay, please contact the hotel directly. In principle, we are not responsible for any troubles involving the facilities and services of the hotel. However, if you believe that it is obviously our fault, please contact our local staff. We will deal with the problem in a sincere manner.

TEMPORARY HALT OF SERVICE

In case of maintenance of the system, and operational requirements, we may halt our service temporarily without notice.

CHANGE OF THE TERMS

The terms are subject to change without notice.
